RETURNS
If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact me via eBay messages and send me photographic evidence of the damage (at least 2 pics), and I will refund or replace the item (if available), on receipt of the return of the faulty goods.
As the majority of my items are bought from new, where possible, each item is checked before dispatch for noticeable flaws or damage in transit, but they should be fine. And for that reason, any return postage is to be covered by the buyer, unless photographic evidence proves otherwise.
POSTAGE
Whilst there are no postal delays at present, I will be dispatching products using the EVRI or Royal Mail small parcel Tracked 24 or 48 service.
