Please inspect items within 48hrs of receiving them, we sell collectibles and do not warrantee items for play times.
If there is any damage please send images, Yes, we will need images of the damage or defect in order to proceed.
Defective/damaged items will be replaced with the same item, refund will be only issued if we no longer have stock.
Any opened item returns will be subject to a 35% restock charge as we can no longer sell these as new.
Returned items due to incorrect address etc. will be refunded minus shipping cost, buyer can also pay to reship.
All return Items must be in their original ship to box & bubble wrap packing to return, just like you received item/s.
