Winning bidder/purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. If you purchase more than one item from us, we will combine shipping whenever possible.
All items are shipped by Canada Post, unless agreed otherwise. Packages are usually shipped within 5 business days of the receipt of payment.
Shipping quoted to the United States is by regular surface mail. Please advise us if you need an air mail service and/or a tracking number.
Shipping quoted to Canada is by expedited mail and comes with a tracking number.
Shipping quoted to other countries is by regular air mail. No tracking information is available for small packages. Please ask for other rates.
You will receive a letter from us when your item is sent. The arrival time for your purchase is usually within two weeks from the date the item is sent. Special arrangements can be made if you need the item to arrive faster.
International buyers please be aware that you may incur brokerage and/or customs fees upon delivery, which are your responsibility. If you wish to have the purchase marked as a gift, please let us know.
All items are insured for CAD $100.00. We encourage customers to purchase additional shipping insurance for items over $100.00. |
