Offered here is a 1/43 diecast 1957 pink Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Cabriolet/Convertible by Solido. Marked on bottom of base is "Made in France" and "No 4500 1/43 09-84." It is highly detailed with an opening hood revealing a chrome and black engine, white wall tires with simulated chrome wire rims, white interior with gray dash and chrome steering wheel, and other chrome trim throughout. Includes original paperwork as well as original black display base and clear plastic covering.

This lot is from the estate of my parents. Both were collectors of vintage toy trains (Ives, American Flyer, Lionel, etc.) and had a very large separate train room to display their collection as well as their train layout measuring about 20 by 40 feet. It had 5 circles of various scales of track, including “Sâ€, “0†and Standard Gauge.
The layout also included many vintage lead toy figures, diecast cars and trucks, and compatible buildings. This was displayed on my parent's toy train layout in a smoke free home. It has been reattached to its base and fitted with its original clear cover.
