We want everyone to be thrilled with the Item they Buy, so we put a lot of time and effort into ensuring that all items are accurately represented by including clear photos. We do ask you to verify these photos prior to placing a bid and ask questions if you have any. As you can tell we list many items each day and we are not perfect and sometimes miss something. AGAIN PLEASE VERIFY ALL PHOTOS PRIOR TO BUYING.

We do not include Invoices inside the boxes to reduce paper waste unless the costumer request the invoice at checkout

Damaged claims- We inspect our items very carefully before shipping. The packaging and inspection process for each item is documented carefully to protect us from fraud, parts removal or dishonest claims. However, there are some damages beyond our control that can occur. In these cases please e-mail us pictures immediately

Some minor paint imperfections from the manufacturer or dented boxes from the shipping process are considered acceptable.
