We ship worldwide and always do combine shipping for multiple purchases. If you want to purchase multiple items please complete all your purchases and then email us.  When your order is processed for shipment and any items that can be combined safely have been we will issue a refund for any overpayment of shipping.  Please allow 1-2 business days for items to ship although we do try to ship all items as quickly as we can.                 First Class International shipping can take 10-14 postal days once shipped
