Shipping & Handling

Routing changes or operational issues may require substitution with an equivalent service while maintaining tracking and delivery standards.

Items containing lithium batteries are subject to air transport regulations, which may affect the shipping method and delivery time.

Remote area surcharges (e.g., DHL/UPS) may apply; we will contact you if needed. Peak-season or customs inspections may cause delays.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid duties, reshipping costs or actual expenses may be deducted from refunds.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within **30** days of delivery for initial defects only. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

For cross-border returns other than initial defects, international return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Serial numbers/tamper labels and item photos are recorded. Any alteration or parts removal voids eligibility.

Customs & Duties
