RETURNS:
If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact me via eBay messages and send me photographic evidence of the damage (at least 2 pics), and I will refund or replace the item (if available), on receipt of the return of the faulty goods.
As the majority of my items are bought from new, where possible, each item is checked before dispatch for noticeable flaws or damage in transit, but they should be fine. (Model has no visible damage by way of manufacturing or transportation faults).
And for that reason, any return postage is to be covered by the buyer, unless photographic evidence proves otherwise.
POSTAGE:
Model will be well packed to hopefully alleviate any damage in transit.
Whilst there are no postal delays at present, I will be dispatching products using EVRI or Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class small parcel service, Tracked 24 or 48 dependent on buyers choice of courier.
For multiple purchases, I will attempt to dispatch as one parcel dependant on size.
