Damaged claims- We inspect our items very carefully before shipping. The packaging and inspection process for each item is documented carefully to protect us from fraud, parts removal or dishonest claims. However, there are some damages beyond our control that can occur. In these cases please e-mail us pictures immediately

Some minor paint imperfections from the manufacturer or dented boxes from the shipping process are considered acceptable.
