SHIPPING INFORMATION
Items ordered by 10 AM CST will typically be shipped that day, or within 24 hours if additional processing time is needed. Most items are shipped via FedEx Ground or the United States Post Office. We do not offer local pick-up. All items must be shipped from Kyosho America using our own shipping accounts. We cannot bill shipments to other accounts per eBay rules.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders require a maximum of one business day (24 hrs) to process, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or recognized holidays. Orders are only shipped to a confirmed address. No exceptions.

ORDER TRACKING
Kyosho America will provide tracking information from carriers that offer package tracking. Kyosho America is not responsible for the updating and accuracy of tracking information. Tracking information is only provided by the courier, and incorrect tracking data cannot be remedied by anyone but the courier.

RETURNS
You may be returned an item within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds will only be issued for items purchased from the Kyosho America eBay Store.
Items must be returned in NEW condition
A refund, pending the outcome of a review of the return, will be issued within 3 days of receipt.

WARRANTY
Kyosho products, unless otherwise specified, have a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Kyosho America business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Orders are fulfilled during business hours, for shipment by the next business day in accordance with eBay's "FAST 'N FREE" shipping policy. Orders placed immediately before the weekend and/or during observed holidays will ship on the next business day.
