Delivery is from Korea, and proof of purchase is provided for purchased products. Therefore, you receive a warranty according to the manufacturer's policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of unopened products (especially LS Models), returns and refunds are not possible for products whose lower repackaging prevention sticker has been removed.
