It may be that items you have ordered are not as expected, therefore you can return them to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage, return shipping costs and packaging. Exchanges are unfortunately not possible.
When we receive a product back that is not in its original state, because the modelcar or the box of the modelcar is damaged or missing, the refund will expire and we will send the product back to you. We will ask you to pay the shipping costs.
Shipping costs for your return and the cost of the original postage will not be covered by us. If you return an item and it gets lost, we are not responsible and we cannot refund your return item(s).
First: contact us if you want to return your order. We will send you a return form and the address where you can send your return to.
Second: prepare your shipment. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so it will not be damaged in the post. Please ensure that the box of the modelcar is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused. Also enclosed the return form with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed. If you return an item from outside the Netherlands, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made during return shipping of the order.
Lastly: bring your package to a postal location and send it to the return address we have given to you. We recommend that you always send the package with insured service and with a track and trace code as proof that the package has been sent to us.
