This 1:43 scale model of a BMW 520 was manufactured in West Germany by Schuco. The model number is 301617, and the model is orange in colour. The model has opening front doors and boot. The bonnet sits in place but is not attached to the model. I believe the paintwork is original but it is rather flat, and the bootlid has an orange peel appearance and texture, which I imagine occured during manufacture. Please see photo 6 for more information. art of the plastic cover under the bonnet is broken. There is a mark on the inside of the windscreen on the bottom left hand side.
