Shipping is tracked and insured.
Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Items are shipped from Ireland and there are no customs charges in the European Union. UK VAT (under £135), Swiss VAT and GST (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore) are all prepaid by way of eBay Managed Payments. US customs are paid post-dispatch, via EVRi/AnPost Portal.

Change of mind returns are accepted worldwide, provided the item is notified for return within 14 days of receipt, and returned in the original state noted within the listing. The buyer is responsible for outbound and return shipping in the case of a change of mind return. |
